First day here camping out. I will admit, I am super super tired. This has honestly been the longest and farthest I’ve gone hiking. Every time I go hiking in regular days I complain but today actually got me thinking of how hiking longer can truly be tiring. I am glad I made it though and I am looking forward into the next days. The view here is amazing and I love it how it is so peaceful.

Today is basically the first day we spent time together. We cleared the fire rings with Sharon and to be honest it was an amazing time. I really enjoyed helping, and knowing it was for a good cause. So far I have loved everything, and I appreciate the things Derek and Jenna have done for us in this trip.

I am super tired right now. I can’t believe we made it all the way to this mountain. It was three miles to get up here and it sure was tiring but it was worth it because the view here is beautiful. I am proud of myself for making it because I have never hiked this high. I am scared of going back down but I am sure we will make it as well. tomorrow we leave and it is sad leaving this beautiful place. I do wish we come back soon.
