Like the quote I read today you have to push to your limits and by doing that you get stronger and challenge yourself. It is all about reaching your limits and then pushing a little more. I can’t believe that I’m at the top of Le Conte Mountain. It’s crazy that I made it up here. I’m so happy right now. This is probably in my top 3 moments in my life. You really can’t put a value on challenging yourself it’s priceless.
Up until now I never thought about wilderness as much of a big thing in my life. This trip has really been life-changing I don’t know how I didn’t pay attention to all of the sounds in nature. I live out in the middle of a field in the country so I didn’t care if a hear the wind, hear the birds or hear the crickets. Now that I have such an experience I realized that I have taken all I have for granted.
