I learned that you can do anything you set your mind to because at the beginning of the trip I wasn’t' so sure I could do it. But I was determined to not give up and try my hardest. I was challenged by the mountains and having to climb them. They were not so easy to climb, but I still climbed them the best I could and to the best of my ability.
I liked that we slept outside at night in the woods. I also liked sleeping inside of tents inside of sleeping bags. I love the outside because I've really never been outside like I have on these trips. The outside is really interesting to me because it's different than living in the city where there is a lot of lights, people and buildings instead of trees.
I am thankful for this opportunity because I've never experienced it and now that I have, I never want to leave but I have to pretty soon. I know I'll come back again and enjoy the forest again and again.
