Wilderness is important in that it is a place where man can separate from everyday problems and just enjoy life and the beauty of nature and its inhabitants. I learned that it’s beautiful, harsh, and an awesome experience. It was so cool seeing the animals and really connecting with nature. I learned that I can push myself to achieve great things; that I am a strong person. I also learned how to really connect with my surroundings and be grateful for them.
