Today was a spectacular day!

We went hiking to Indian Arch. Along the way we faced a few minor issues, but in the end it was all worth it. On our way up I felt very exhausted. My “teammates” (friends) helped me accomplish my goal of getting to the top of the Indian Arch.

I am really greatful to have them here with me. I feel really proud of myself for not giving up. I also feel accomplished. Well on our way back we had so much fun.

Although I have not explored all of Yosemite National Park I can say it is one of the most amazing places in the entire world. The view of the night skies filled with stars is so priceless that when you look up I can gurantee you’ll be speechless.

When I first saw the night sky filled with billions of stars I was just so amazed all I could even manage to say was “Wow!!, that’s so beautiful!” The few things I didn't mention were how stunning it is to be able to see a waterfall up close, how worth it it is to take long tiring hikes to see mountains like “the Indian Arch,” how close the outdoors (wilderness) can bring a couple of people who rarely talk.

From experience I could definitely say how much I love and appreciate every person who was able to come camping with me. As I write this I have a great view of “Half Dome.” As a matter of fact it’s right in front of me as soon as I look up. Today I went on a little adventure with a “steward” or a person similar to a park ranger. I was privledged to be able to clean up a few camp fires and create a new one that never existed.
