To me Wilderness is important. The reason for this is because wilderness is nature. Nature is so precious that man can not create it. It was made by someone way more powerful than anyone on this surface. Nature shows you things you wouldn’t believe. I know from experience that nature is like a giant band-aid. It can help heal all sorts of wounds. Nature isn’t only a get-away that can help you feel better, it is a teacher. Through walking in a valley or climbing a mountain you learn so much. You learn about the history of the area, you learn about its climate, but more important you learn about yourself. That is why nature is important to me.
