This week is going to be an unforgettable experience. I’m expecting to make new memories with my cousin Nancy, Elsa, and make new friends with the boys. First day here and they're already making me crack up. I’m hoping to get a break from reality, from everything waiting back home.
Just look at this place. What else can it say to me, all the beauty does the talking. Just makes you be thankful of everything makes you realize I’m part of such a big beautiful world and this is just a good amazing % of it. I can say that Yosemite might be telling me to enjoy life and that there’s going to be mountains like these here throughout my life that I’m going to have to overpass and stop at nothing until I’m at the top enjoying the view, speechless knowing it was worth it.
Why is this place so amazing. Everything about it is so beautiful from the tallest rock to the smallest piece of grass. You can find nothing like this back home. I think that’s why I love this place. It’s a break from reality. It’s a well needed comma in my life especially now that I’m heading to college and been stressing about it for months. Here in Yosemite the sound of the river, and waterfalls soothe my mind, the birds make me feel free just like them, the climate makes me enjoy the hours of the sun, especially when cold hits.
