This experience has given me more confidence in myself and my ability to succeed. This experience has given me a more in-depth relationship with others. I've gained an interest in backpacking, being more one with nature. It showed me things I've never figured out about myself. In life I'm going to use what I've gained by giving myself the time I need; not being hesitant when a physical challenge comes up; keep and have good relationships I've made with people; Use my inner guidance more and not be afraid of making a move.
