Yesterday was our last day at Yosemite Valley and today we hiked a little over 6 miles
What brought you here:
I came because nature is beautiful! Being here is amazing! I learn new things and the people are great! I came because I don't really have much opportunities to go out and explore what is right in our back yard. Coming here is very helpful and lets you take a break from society.
Wednesday: I noticed lots of trees I noticed everyone smiling I noticed a big world I noticed we are so little compared to this mountain I see
I wonder how that huge mountain got there I wonder how much longer this place will be here? I wonder if my children's children can experience what I have experienced
How can you change the world?
How can I change the world? Well, I can socialize with people and just talk to them about social issues and environmental issues. I can spread my voice by speaking up and because I can make a change
Goals:
In the future here I want to do this with my friends and maybe my family, maybe even by myself. I first want to graduate college and hopefully find something that I love and I really enjoy coming up here to Yosemite.
Letter to myself: I’m going to be reading this in the future, and I just want to remind myself that there’s so much to explore. And just try to go out and have fun. Don’t stress out. Go camping.
