The sequoia trees among the other ones are of the most beautiful I have ever seen. No amount of human beauty of things I may see on T.V. will never compare to the awesomeness of the views I have seen and what I will see in the coming days or years or even the rest of my life.
I wish I can just have this place to myself, no sign of human life, not even my own self. I wish I can just become the wind and effortlessly meander around the trees.

I walked only 1.5 miles outside of the cabin, but I feel I have seen more sights then than I have seen in a year.

I hope to get a job here in a national park so I might not ever leave the wilderness because I feel like I can never leave the wilderness such as my forefathers before me.
Walking around knowing that being a ranger in the National Park Service I have to not only call to my human superiors but also to the superiors of the land.
No matter how they might thump or push me about, I know I can retreat back in to the land they don’t control.
