Nature is hard, cold, cruel, and unmovable but also beautiful, warm, loving, and caring.
Whenever you’re doing something, it will be so hard you’ll want to give up, but if you don’t, you’ll feel much better about yourself than before.
4/19 Friday
On this trip I learned many things about myself, like how I’m slow but I don’t stop as much now and I can keep going.
The wilderness is a place where you have to rely on your own skills and knowledge to survive without help from machines.
The wilderness feels cold and unending but full of life and beauty.
I’m not sure what its spirit is but I would say everything is its spirit. Even very large and annoying ants are part of it.
