Just being able to see everything from my eyes at the top of a peak or a dome has been spectacular. I’ve never experienced anything like it until now. Yes the hiking will make you think to yourself, questioning why you came, but that moment, when you reach your destination, you won’t regret it, and you’re glad you came. I love seeing all the plants and huge rocks I’ve never seen before, it’s incredible.

When I first got to Yosemite Falls, I was shaking so hard it was hard to breathe. The thought of falling or taking one wrong turn or step could lead to my death was nervewrecking. But with all the motivation from everyone, I took on the challenge of facing my fear of heights. After I took that risk, I was so much relieved and happy I got to see the falls. That moment was very cherishable and I’m glad I did it. It made me realize how much people take a place like Yosemite for granted. I definitely enjoy being out here and would experience it all over again, as many times as I can. I love it.

My inspirations, thus my motivations are definitely my grandmother and other close relatives. my grandmother has raised me as if she was my mother. She took on a huge responsibility that others didn’t want to take on. I’m very lucky to have her in my life to this day. She’s taught me to never give up and has always provided me with everything I need in order to accomplish. She’s taught me to have the drive for success and to have a mentality on never giving up.
