The wilderness has taught me that there is so much more to life than the city. It has taught me that I have a lot more endurance and stamina than I give myself credit for. I’ve learned new perspectives of the wild. I’ve learned what wood is best used for fire. I’ve learned that it is not the wilderness that is strange but the strange one is myself. It has taught me to appreciate the wild.
