To me wilderness is a place where no human is to live in-we are just visitors for a short period of time. On our first day, we came on a bus over to Sunrise by Tenaya Lake. There was a passage we had to cross in order to the other side. There was a trail of rock and everyone got through-they were probably the best group I could have asked for. We weren’t all perfect but we made it as a team through thick and thin no matter how frustrating it got. The first night was the worst night ever! It was freezing and it snowed on us! On day two we had a long hike all the way to somewhere. We stayed there for two nights. Those nights were way better than the first night. On the next day we wento to climb up on Cloud’s Rest mountain. On the way there it was brutal! I was very tired and just wanted to literally give up, but no! we all as a group kept on going and once we got to the very top we took pictures and got to scream at the top of our lungs! It was AMAZING! Yeah, it was well worth it. Our last night by the campfire was one of the best nights ever! We all opened up, some shed some tears, all gave hugs, sang songs and then went to sleep…
