To me wilderness is a place to relax and to listen to the sounds of nature and also to forget about the problems happening in my life. Yosemite is also a place to see wild animals how they are supposed to be, untouched by civilization. One year from now I see myself walking around here with my family, showing what I learned. I would also like to remember the promise I made to myself on top of Cloud’s Rest. On the second days our mission was to climb Cloud’s Rest-it was really hard and scary to try to get up there but it was all worth it in the end. I do not think that we could have gotten a better group of people that worked well together and talked as if we had been friends for many years. If I could do this all over again I would not change a single thing.
