Mountain climbing is awesome! I cannot believe I climbed Mt. Hoffman. From the beginning I thought my legs were going to give up. I told myself, Daisy, the pain you are feeling is not a barrier and also not an excuse for giving up. This proved to myself that I can do this. I am proud of myself for being willing to do this and getting out of my safe zone. This is a huge step to my success and leaving back all the fears and the sense of wanting to be a normal person. After hiking several miles, I believe I can do whatever I propose myself to do. It has changed me a lot as well as my relationship to Earth. I learned that nature is more amazing when it’s cleaner and less polluted. This gave me an example of how I should take care of my surroundings: make this world a better place and save the lives of animals in danger and ourselves because we only have one world.
