Hiking Alone Hiking was kind of scary but exciting because there were times when I would hear things and I'd really hope someone was with me. A time I got really scared was when a branch fell off a tree; I heard birds. I saw 3. They were leading the trail for me a while. I heard lots of buzzing. I felt really peaceful. I smelled a tree and it smelled like Vaporu (Vapor Rub).
