For me is a way to use all your senses and understand why you have them, with your ears you can listen to the waterfall, to the beautiful singing of the birds, to the strange sound of the owl, to the scary sound of the coyote, and to the lonely sound of the wind that pulls down leaves from the trees for company to their destiny. With your hands you can touch the soft of the flowers, the rough of the trees, the hard of the rocks, the slippery of a wet rock and the feeling of the cold water.
