What am I taking?
I'm taking my personality, the things I do, and maybe the way I do things.
Why am I here?
I'm here because I wanted to get more involved with nature and to have a really great experience. I've never stayed in the wilderness before but I've gone camping. I am also here because I want to have fun. What will I bring back? I will bring back the knowledge of nature, the way things work around here, how to survive in the wilderness, and how to be safe from dangerous animals like bears.
Today we took a long 6 mile hike
Today we took a long 6 mile hike with about 30-40 pounds on our back. It was very tiring and I was surprised I made it. We finally made it to the campsite around 5 I think. When we got there we set up our tents and our little kitchen. I liked playing 2 truths and a lie while drinking hot chocolate and after that I went to bed.
Today we went on a long walk, I saw so many beautiful waterfalls. Lunch was good today. I liked eating the cheese. We also played a game it was pretty fun. I didn't eat dinner today because I was so tired.
"Experience is not what happens to a person. It's what a person does with what happens to them." -Aldous Huxely
I think this means that you choose your experience. Like if someone says to you do you want to go camping or something and you say yes you choose to take that experience.
