What it means to be in a group...

I hate groups. I'm not with them 24-7. I have no clue what their strengths and weaknesses are. We could try and do some harder things but I wouldn't know. Most of the times I'm in the groups [where] the people are weak. Groups could have strengths but I really don't see it.

This is one of the best groups I've ever been in. There are some key people that hold us together. Naomi keeps us calm and mellow. Lonnie keeps us laughing all the time. Chelsea can cook for days and make any meal taste good.

Mike makes his film debut in a Yosemite National Park production about the Merced Grove Cabin.

Letter to Self

Mike,

You have to remember all the tight things that you did in Yosemite. You came here knowing no one. You made 10 really good friends. You hiked like a sav in the snow with no clue of where you were going. You slept in the snow in below freezing temperatures with 3 people. You had a ball. If I had to do it again I wouldn't change a thing.
